What is it to be an Artful Being?
To be an artful being is to live with intention, presence, and a sense of wonder. It’s moving through the world with creativity, kindness, and a softness that still holds strength.
It’s choosing to live peacefully, to breathe deeply, to meet each moment with openness and curiosity. Being an artful being is not only about creating art — it’s about living artfully: with love, with abundance, with awareness, and with the kind of inner freedom that lets joy spill into everything you touch.
It is a way of being that blends imagination, grounding, and the courage to live as your fullest self.
How did Artful Being start?
Artful Being began with a simple sentence from my partner, Pascal:
“You’re an artful being.”
He meant more than creativity. He meant the way I try to live: with intention, generosity, ease, and a sense of possibility.
His words became a mirror, showing me that my practice, my teaching, and my art were all threads of the same truth. From there, Artful Being grew into a space where everything that makes me me meets: imagination, strength and softness, philosophy and feeling.
All woven into a practice meant to invite others home to themselves.
What does Artful Being offer?
Artful Being offers yoga as a lived experience.
I teach slow, mindful flows that help you strengthen your body, soften your mind, and ground you into the moment.
Through private sessions, online classes and immersive events, you’re invited to explore movement as meaning, breath as an anchor, and the body as a place of inquiry.
Artful Being is a space to reconnect, to expand, and to remember who you are beneath all the noise.
